Multiple services?

For Workgroup Licences, once you’ve bought your first service you’ll have access to an online account where you can add and change licence options. Contact us if you have larger team, enterprise or other requirements. You can save money in return for longer commitment.

How many reports are released per year?

Ten reports per year, with double issues in January/February and August/September.

Formal tax invoice(s) to expense? (Sales Tax?)

Formal tax invoices are issued automatically for every payment. You can also request a copy.

VAT (Value-Added or Sales Tax, ALV, DPH, IVA, Moms, TVA, etc.) is typically only applied when bought from the UK (or otherwise within the EU where registration number not supplied). This is handled automatically if buying online, based on your details. Prices shown exclude sales tax.

Multiple users?

Please contact us for assistance if you’re interested in one or more services for multiple users. You can save money in return for longer commitment.

How will my team receive the reports?

Reports will be delivered directly to licensed recipients via email. When setting up your account, we will ask for a list of all users who require access. You can also add more users later by contacting us.

If you register as a Workgroup or Account Team you require only one licence, but the number of users will be restricted. For an Enterprise package with unlimited user access, contact Client Services ( / +442071830111).
